Tips for completing your online schedule:

1. Click on the day, class, and press "enroll" to join a class.

2. You'll see a block of time to choose from. With our unique personal training/scheduling, you have the flexibility to put your 60 minutes anytime within the block of time you select. For example, if you want to come at 7:30am, select 6-10 since you're within those times. Another example, for 5:15pm you'd select 3-7pm block.

NOTE: You'll be able to enroll right up to 1 hour before the block of session times. That way the trainers have the time to pull the attendance up, start working on your programming, and be ready for you when you arrive!
